Enoteria Platon Chardonnay, 2022 vintage - this wine has been aged for 3 months. Chardonnay has a pale golden color. The wine's aroma is rich with a variety of nuances, among which dry hay, walnut shells, yellow apple and light tones of citrus zest clearly stand out. Upon breathing loses intensity, notes of lychee, ripe cherry plum, dandelion jam come forth. The wine has a voluminous, high acidity, earthy and citrusy taste with a quickly slipping away, slightly burning aftertaste.
