Enoteria Platon Riesling de Rhein, 2021 vintage - the wine has a pale golden color with a greenish tint at the edge of the glass. Aroma opens with grass after rain, green apple, juicy lime with a slight floral nuance. A little later we can feel the aromas of lemon zest, fresh melon with nuances of jasmine and dried chamomile. The taste is balanced, acidity is medium-plus, the wine is citrusy and invigorating with an herbaceous and zestful bitterness, juicy, lingering aftertaste.
